Conditioning Camp
Designed for middle and high school athletes, Zip's conditioning camp is an evidence-based program to help prepare male and female athletes for their competition season.
Strength and agility skills addressed at conditioning camp are appropriate for youth participating in basketball, baseball, cheer, dance, football, lacrosse, soccer, softball, tennis, and volleyball.
$300/athlete for:
